An opportunity has arisen to join our Company in West Sussex as a TRACTOR DRIVER - Groundworks

The key responsibilities include -

Ground preparations for drilling/ planting

• Subsoiling

• cultivating

• bedmaking

• powerharrowing

• topping

Helping with maintenance and modifications of farm machinery.

Making sure that their and their colleagues actions are at all times carried out with a strict accordance to the Health and Safety regulations.

Attention to detail is key.

Good record keeping.

Maintaining tractors and machinery to a high standard.

Skills and Knowledge:

PA1,PA2,PA4G and PA4S qualifications an advantage.

At least 3 years tractor driving experience.

Excellent record keeping.

Health and Safety conscious.

Drive to improve.

Good time keeping and punctuality.

Have the ability to prioritise and adapt a flexible approach to working.
