We are a busy, large polo equestrian club in Chobham, Surrey looking for a permanent groundsman.

Good compensation dependant on experience, which increases accordingly with responsibility.

Accommodation available and dogs welcome.

You will join a team with an experienced groundskeeper, but will work largely independently. We encourage growth, further training, and development, and are happy to help you learn about multiple aspects of the business if interested. This role may suit someone interested in equestrian business, or in widening their agricultural experience to include countryside leisure. A real opportunity to make the role your own.

Duties include:

• Tractor driving and using machinery, including vertidrainer, etc


• Maintenance of 3 polo fields and 120 acres of grounds


• General handiwork, such as fence repairs, and making improvements to facilities where possible

Job can start as soon as possible.
