A family estate in Hampshire encompassing Arable, Dairy, Beef and other diverse enterprises, requires a tractor driver/GFW who is comfortable working in a mixed farming and estate environment. An interest in soil improvement, regenerative, sustainable or conservation agriculture would be welcomed

The estate operates modern machinery Including Fendt and Amazone. The estate is undergoing significant investment to make it a modern and future proofed business

The candidate will be hard working and motivated with the ability to move between tasks and enterprises as required. The job entails working with other departments in the quieter months, a chainsaw certificate would be an advantage.

Duties to include:

Cultivating

Drilling

Fertiliser spreading

Forage Production

Livestock work, including winter feeding

Assisting at peak times on the Game farm

General estate work including maintenance, forestry and amenity work.
