We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on our progressive, family run dairy unit in Shropshire.

We milk 300 Holstein Cows, calving all year round, with cows fully housed and fed TMR. Cows are milked three-times per day with numbers expanding to 350 in 2024, The farm has undergone significant investment in recent times and so benefits from modern buildings and machinery.

The position offers the right person an opportunity to progress within the business and on and off farm training can be provided. A big emphasis will be placed on feeding with our self-propelled feeder wagon.

Role responsibilities include:

• Feeding cows and youngstock


• Machinery maintenance


• An element of milking and some stock work


• There is some field work undertaken in-house and this can be developed further for the right person
