Tractor Driver / General Farmworker Ashwater, Devon

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our family-run dairy farm in Ashwater, Devon. Were looking for someone whos hands-on, enthusiastic, and ready to muck in as part of our small, friendly team.

What the role involves:

• Predominantly tractor and machinery work (tractor, telehandler, tanker, fert spinner, mower etc.)


• Regular stock work and milkings were a team of 4, so everyone gets involved in all aspects of the farm


• Working with an autumn block calving herd of 310 cows, milked in a modern 25/50 swing-over parlour


• Youngstock rearing (200 in total, with all dairy replacements born in the first 2 weeks)


• Using modern facilities and up-to-date kit

Were looking for:

• Previous experience in tractor work & milking


• Someone reliable, hardworking and happy to work on their own or as part of a team


• A good sense of humour

• On-farm accommodation available (static caravan/lodge if required)

• Start date: 3rd Nov 2025 (or as soon after as possible)
