We are seeking a stockperson for a livestock farm on the edge of Exmoor National Park near the market town of South Molton in Devon.  

The core enterprise is broiler chickens with suckler cows, sheep and a new calf rearing enterprise.  

Working alongside the farmer, the role will involve all aspects of the farm with a good chunk of your time spent on poultry work. 

Excellent stockmanship is the key attribute required, with an ability to use simple machinery to include telehandler, skid-steer, quad bike (licences preferred) and tractors.  

You will have a passion for the countryside and will integrate into the local community.

In return we can offer a five and a half-day week, sensible salary and a very nice large bungalow within the National Park but within walking distance of the farm, which will be provided free from rent and council tax.
