We are a progressive Farming business based in the Cotswolds looking for someone to work on an extensive grass based dairy.

This enterprise forms part of a large farming business that involves dairy, beef, sheep and arable. The business is progressive in its thinking with the use of conservation agriculture. This includes using herbal leys to promote soil health while utilizing them with the livestock.

We are looking for someone to join our existing team of 3. We run a 250 cow, organic grazing based dairy and grass based beef enterprise, taking all dairy bred calves to finished beef. Milk is supplied to an award winning cheese business based on the farm and Chew Valley Dairy.

Main duties will include:-

- Feeding out using tractor and loader with Kenan feeder

- Young stock care

- General dairy work

- Relief milking

11 days on, 3 days off. Village accommodation available near the farm. Pay dependent on experience.
