Tablehurst Farm is a 200ha community-owned biodynamic farm in Forest Row, East Sussex. We rear beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry to biodynamic and organic standards. We also have some arable including wheat for bread-making on the farm. The enterprise also includes a commercial garden, a farm shop, a caf, and a small care home.

Our farm team is currently six people. Some tasks are shared across the team, particularly at peak times, but each farmer takes primary responsibility for an enterprise. Ideally, we would like to find an experienced farmer who can take on our micro-dairy as well as contributing to the wider farm enterprise. Experience of biodynamic or organic farming is desirable, but not an absolute requirement. However, a genuine interest in regenerative agriculture, and a desire to learn biodynamic farming practice, is essential.

Salary will be dependent on your experience, and we also offer free accommodation on site, with Council Tax and all utility bills paid, a pension scheme, two free meals each working day (breakfast and a full two-course lunch) and a 20% staff discount in our farm shop and caf.
