Set in Aberdeenshire, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic person with livestock and machinery skills. The farm comprises 200 suckler cows, and has a stock head of 1,200. In addition the farm has 3,000 store lambs which are bought in to fatten. Responsibility of livestock and attention to detail are important. The successful applicant will work with a complete range of up to date equipment, responsibilities will include:

- Animal health and welfare is a priority.

- Calving, worming, vaccinations, tagging, sorting, clipping etc

- Mechanised complete diet feeding of all stock throughout the year

We are seeking a reliable and practical hands on individual who must be happy to work alone as well as part of a small team.

The role is offered on a permanent basis, with salary and benefits dependent on experience.
