Sprayer Operator/General Farm Worker for a progressive, modern family run business in central Oxfordshire, growing a wide range of crops. Operating a Rogator and Bateman sprayer.

Key roles:

- Lead Operator of a Challenger Rogator 655D with GPS - Timely application of Pesticide and Liquid Fertiliser to crops - The keeping of up-to-date records - Management of Chemical stores - Additionally working as part of a small team undertaking general farm work including but not limited to: Harvest operations, Grass and Maize silage operations, estate maintenance.

You will need: - PA1 and PA2 - Willingness to be flexible with working hours - some early mornings and late evenings will be required - To be able to work on your own initiative to a very high standard, with attention to detail a priority.

Workshop skills an advantage but not essential.
