Sprayer/Arable Operator

We are an 1,800-hectare mixed farming business located in West Oxfordshire. Our enterprises include: a diverse range of arable crops, operated with most up to date equipment, a 400 head beef production unit and extensive environmental stewardship schemes.

A full-time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and conscientious individual to join our team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Spraying arable and grassland crops with a 25 Plate Bateman RB35, 30m.


• Combine driving


• Cultivations


• Drilling


• Maintenance of machinery, buildings, and estate infrastructure.

It is anticipated that applicants will have the following attributes and skills:

• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and improvement.


• Experience in operating farm machinery to a high standard.


• Enthusiasm for the use and implementation of modern technology.


• A good understanding of crop applications and techniques.


• Strong mechanical aptitude.


• A full UK driving licence.


• PA1, PA2 & PA4 and telehandler certificates.
