We are looking for a skilled arable operator to join our family farming business based in south Northamptonshire. Running a fleet of modern machinery - John Deere Tractors, a Bateman RB35 Sprayer, and a Class combine. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can think for themselves, work both independently and as a member of our team, taking pride in their work.

Essential Requirements:

- Previous spraying experience

- Conscientious approach to work, attention to detail and high standards

- PA1 & PA2

- Teleporter certificates

- Workshop skills, machinery maintenance and tractor servicing

- General Estate/Farm maintenance

Advantageous (but not essential) Requirements:

- PA4 & PA6

- Chainsaw certificate

- Track machine licence

- Ability to operate 360 digger

- An interest/understanding of farm environmental schemes (SFI, Mid Tier)
