Description

This is an opportunity for an ambitious and experienced stockperson, preferably with hill farming experience, to join a small team running a 1,000 acre organic sheep and cattle farm.

In this job role you will be expected to deal with all aspects of the stock as well as assisting in the overall development of the farm. The owners wish to develop and expand the farm and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to be a part of this.

 

The successful candidate:


  • Interested in regenerative farming

  • Working dogs are essential

  • Able to carry out maintenance of farm equipment and vehicles would be an advantage

 

This is a job for someone with farming experience who has a thirst for a new challenge and is looking for a long term career with excellent future prospects.
