The role is for an experienced operator to provide relief cover for our regular dairy team. Main duties would include assisting with our two person milking team, fence repairs, general tractor work such as fertiliser spreading, scraping yards, loader work and keeping the farm tidy and well maintained.
The role would suit someone with high standards of work who can work independetly and in our small team.

This woudl suit an individual with high attention to detail, high standards, reliable and must have a good work ethic. The dairy herd comprises of 320 spring calving crossbred dairy cows, 170 dairy heifers. The farm land is all grassland. The infrastructure is very good with good facilities. The farm has modern machinery in good order. The position would suit an experienced operator with a minimum experience of five years full time work in the dairy industry.
