A permanent role as the main arable operator in a small team covering 800ha using modern machines and technology. Combine and sprayer experience essential as well as a wide range of tractor operations. Candidates need to be confident with technology but training will be provided. You'll be required to help with livestock tasks when needed. Workshop and maintenance skills an advantage. No accommodation is available however the right candidate will be well rewarded with qualifications taken into account.
