We are seeking a forward-thinking and passionate individual to join our family farm and play a key role in shaping its future. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage a new livestock enterprise to run alongside our existing farming operations. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for progressive farming practices

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the development and management of a regenerative livestock program and mob grazing system across c. 500 acres.

•Oversee all livestock husbandry and pasture management.

•Collecting livestock data to inform strategic decision-making.

•Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow planning

•Implement and oversee agri-environment schemes and contribute to crop rotation planning

•Maintain and improve farm infrastructure, including fencing and water systems.

•Operate and maintain farm machinery efficiently and safely.

•Make day-to-day decisions and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

•Proven experience in pasture-based cattle/sheep management.

•Strong computer skills (budgeting, forecasting, confident in Excel).

•Communication and leadership skills, able to work both independently and within a small team.

•Attention to detail to maintain an organised and efficient work environment.

•Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery effectively.
