Due to the current team member progressing in their career, a full-time position has arisen for an experienced arable operator on a 1100 Hectare estate operating up to date machinery including RTK gps and VR technology.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about agriculture with an attention to detail and an ability to operate both under their own initiative and as part of a small team on this diverse estate.

Main duties to include the operation of a trailed 30m Horsch 5LT, primary cultivations and drilling on 650 Hectares of arable. The successful candidate will be expected to be involved with any other tasks on the farm and within the estate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that have proven arable experience, ideally having PA1,2,4s & 6, RTFL, workshop experience and a full clean driving license. More importantly however, is a flexible approach to working hours, a strong work ethic and a practical approach to any task at hand.
