An opportunity has arisen to join our young, well-motivated team as lead spray operator.

We are a 4000 acre in hand farming business operating from multiple sites across the east coast of Essex, growing combinable crops.

We require an experienced individual to operate a self propelled SANDS Infinity sprayer with full RTK guidance and section control.

The role will include responsibility for secondary cultivations using a JD 8370 RT along with providing relief drilling and combining cover.

We are looking for a self motivated person capable of working to a high standard.

They will be expected to fit in with the demands of seasonal work patterns and be involved across the full range of farm duties.

An interest in the application of new technology to the role would be an advantage.

The successful applicant would ideally have:

• PA1, PA2 and telehandler certificates


• The workshop skills necessary to maintain equipment to a high standard


• Good organisational and communication skills


• A strong health and safety work ethic


• A full UK driving licence
