As a family farm, we value our team members and want to offer a good place to work for cows and people. Our farm would suit a cattle person of intermediate skills wanting to gain experience with an emphasis on grass based dairy. The machinery jobs are done by contractor, so there is not much tractor fun. We can offer what we consider to be a fair and workable wage for our area. Mind, cost of living isn't as high in northern Ireland. This is a full time position that will require your full attention. It will not work as a side job. Every other weekend on and night checks during calving season are required.
