My herdsman is moving to a share farm arrangement so I'm looking for a competent person to join our team. Ideally someone who can take charge in my absence and run the cows as their own. Currently milking 280 pedigree Holstein cows. Working in a team of 3, 2 milking and one on yard duties. Milking through a 20/20 herringbone with metres, auto Id and adf. Ai is via a RMS contract and use a foot-trimmer routine work.
