Description

We are one of the largest and longest established, privately owned and entirely independent pig genetics businesses in Europe. The company has 70 years experience, spanning three generations, and has continuously invested in its genetics and high health which has allowed it to make enormous economic gains with producers and also retailers. We farm over 3,000acres of arable land in Suffolk. The farm includes a biogas plant with some indoor and outdoor pig farms.

The job will involve working during Harvest 2025 with an experienced arable team based in Suffolk and surrounding area. The rotation includes winter wheat, spring beans, sugar beet, maize and rape.

We are seeking experienced, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. With an interest in Agriculture, positive can do attitude, aptitude to work and learn. This is a temporary role for the duration of the season (June/July to September 2025) working Monday to Friday plus weekend availability.

The role is physically demanding and will require working long hours in varying weather conditions. The ability to operate modern farm machinery including JCB Fastrac, JCB teleporters, John Deere Tractors is essential, Fendt, a teleporter licence would be useful, however training can be made available.
