Harvest Operator required from July 2025 - Sept 2025, we are farming 400ha of combinable crops in North Kent.

Skilled Operator is required for grain carting, loading lorries, verge/hedge cutting and general harvest work.

Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Must be enthusiastic, hardworking and have a can-do attitude.

Over 21 years old and a full UK driving license is essential.

Telehandler certificate would be an advantage but training can be provided.

Proficient level of tractor driving/machinery experience required.

On farm accommodation at no charge for the duration of harvest.

Pay dependent on experience.
