General Farm Worker on a Busy Arable Farm with a Commercial Grain Store - North West Wiltshire

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. We operate a 200ha arable farm growing combinable crops along side a commercial grain store, where we store, dry and clean. We also produce animal feeds for our trade customers.

We require a dedicated & conscious member of staff to join our team. You will be responsible for some arable operations, machinery maintenance & you must have had previous experience however PA1 & PA2 is not essential. Digger work and chainsaw work required during quieter times.

The successful candidate:

• Must have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills


• Works with precision and has attention to detail


• Capable of working under your own initiative and as part of a team


• Computer literacy is essential


• Previous experience is essential

Generally this is a Monday to Friday role 45hrs pw, except during the summer months.

Excellent rates of pay dependent upon experience.
