Working on our small, conservation driven farm and gardens.
This is a diverse role on a small family farm with extensive parkland style gardens geared to conservation, where we keep sheep, make small bale hay and supplement our income through workshop projects and agri contracting.
Ideally willing to help in the workshops, and with making and delivering hay. Willing to join in with agri contacting as required. Preferably confident around sheep. An interest in kitchen gardening and bee keeping would be great.
Personality is more important than experience in all the above areas - you will be calm, peaceful, honest, enthusiastic about our goals and hardworking - as happy spending days in your own company pulling brambles as working with us making hay, joining in with a restoration project in the workshop or building a holiday lodge.
Newly refurbished, attractive self contained accommodation with a fenced and private garden is available.
Initially this position will be for six months, but will likely extend beyond this period, to become permanent.
