We are a family run agribusiness, based in Eltisley St. Neots is looking for an experienced, confident and driven candidate.

You will support the owner & senior management team with the running of the farm and associated farming agreements.

Part of a small but experienced team, you will deliver a hands on approach across all farm operations, utilising a full range of modern, large agricultural machinery to service over 4000/ha of combinable crops and 100,000 tonnes of storage.

Responsibilities to include :

• Paperwork & Management of Red Tractor and ACCS


• Health & Safety


• Knowledge of Gatekeeper


• Regularly deliver good communication at all levels of the business.


• To source, train, manage, guide and motivate Harvest Students


• Ensure that farm activities adhere and are compliant with regulations and accreditations.


• General Farm Operations to include machinery maintenance and servicing


• Providing support during harvest periods - timely delivery of resource, fuel and managing crop tipping


• Liaise with owner, agronomist and sprayer operators
