Harvest 2022 Workers Required.

We are a mixed arable and livestock enterprise in Hertfordshire looking to recruit individuals 20 years or above from early July onwards for general harvest and land work. The applicant must be experienced with large modern machinery and capable to work on their own and within a team. The candidate must be confident operating 260hp plus tractors with 45 foot artic dolly (turntable) trailers. You must be capable to drive JCB loaders building tall stacks of straw. Hay and straw raking, stacking, carting, grain carting/loading, etc. The successful applicant will also be required to undertake cultivations and general farm work. Mechanical, workshop and welding knowledge is a bonus.

There will be an opportunity to stay on at the end of the harvest as a full-time employee .

The applicant must have a full car drivers licence and be used to working long hours. Accommodation available if necessary.
