Description

We have an opportunity for a Pig stockperson to join an existing team on a high health outdoor breeding unit near Inverness. The unit supplies breeding gilts to customers and operates a genetic programme to ensure continued improvement. This is an excellent opportunity as experience, although desirable, is not essential as full training will be given. Applications from motivated individuals looking to develop a career in the breeding pig industry are welcomed. An attractive pay structure and further career development opportunities exist for the successful candidate. The units’ success is dependent on its health status and therefore applicants with contact with other pigs will not be able to be considered for this position.
