This progressive role will allow you to collaborate with the Farm Manager and provide input and assistance, to ensure the overall plan of farming operations are carried out efficiently. To succeed in this role, you will be a positive, organised, and self-motivated individual, who will: •Be an experienced stock person, with an excellent eye for stock health with a variety of stock classes, along with pasture management. •Ability to maintain accurate stock records and tallies •Have an understanding of regenerative farming or willingness to learn . •Good team of dogs capable of undertaking role duties •Great farming skills such as electric fencing, water reticulation. •Current, full drivers licence. •Excellent communication skills within the team, with the ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
