Beef farm manager required for a pedigree Ruby red devon herd of cows looking to expand and improve.

Farm is 500 acres all grass, with a beef herd grazing most of the time.

Farm manager is required to take full day to day responsibility to include working very closely with owner, but must be fully hands on, and will to discuss ideas constructively.

Person specification:

• Ability to manage staff


• Maintain excellent records


• Participate in environmental and woodland schemes


• Must be experienced and capable stockperson, undertaking all day to day tasks, to include grassland and forage production, including hay for sale business

Salaried position, with accommodation.

Job can start as soon as possible.
