A 500 acre all grass extensive grazing operation with 470 crossbred cows, split autumn and spring calving, flying herd and milked via a 24 x 48 parlour is looking for a suitably experienced assistant manager to work closely with the farm manager on a day to day basis. 

Duties on this fully staffed unit will include assisting the hand on farm manager with all aspects of day to day operations, and take full charge in Managers absence, to include some milking's, general stock work, some yard and tractor work, and feeding. 

The current manager will include you in all farming operations with the ultimate aim of you taking over in 2 years.
