Arable operator and general farm worker wanted to work on our large, modern, well-equipped farm. The right candidate will have experience of safely and accurately operating a range of farm machinery. Further training will be given to the right candidate. Telehandler certification useful but not essential. Full driving licence essential.

The operative we are seeking will be forward thinking, versatile, safety-conscious and enthusiastic. They will need to be able to work alone and as part of a team, be able to use their own initiative and also have an aptitude for technology. Applicants must have good mechanical ability with high attention to detail. Diligence and self-motivation are key.
