Agricultural mechanic with tractor/ loader driving wanted. An opportunity has arisen to join our small team on a 2000 acre arable farm on the Herefordshire / Gloucestershire border. The business is made up of a few different but connected enterprises including a 1.2MW Anaerobic digester plant, a green waste composting site, along with the arable farm and 100 acres of cider fruit.

There is a large heated workshop available on site with relevant tools.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the business leading maintenance and repairs on machinery on all sides of the business. Experience of this and with a 'can do' attitude is essential.

The successful candidate:

• Ability to weld would be needed


• Looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a proactive and can do attitude


• Good analytical problem solving skills, process understanding and organisational skills


• Happy to work flexibly, both on their own and with others as part of a team


• Telehandler certificate desirable

There would also be times where tractor driving/ loadall work would be needed so it would be a flexible role with a lot of variety for the right person.
