AGRICULTURAL DEMONSTRATOR

We are a family-owned agricultural engineering business, that pride ourselves as a trusted company within agriculture. Innovation and sales are key to our success, providing farmers with a solution for their requirements.

The business is experiencing an exciting and significant growth phase, as innovations continue and the product range grows, a greater demand for demonstrations is required.

We are now looking to recruit a Demonstrator to join our existing team on a full-time basis.

The successful applicant will deliver new machines to our customers as well as assisting with demonstrations, exhibitions and customer visits throughout the UK. Experience with driving agricultural machinery and a farming background is advantageous.

The role also includes the opportunity to be involved with innovation reporting and working closely with the R&D team ensuring products are designed to suit the needs of your customers.

Renowned for its exceptional product quality, durability, and outstanding customer service, the company prides itself on its deep expertise and knowledge, which are central to its operations. The company is constantly developing and improving its equipment designs to meet the unique needs of farmers.

 

Role Responsibilities:


  • To conduct hands-on demonstrations of the product range on farm and at dealer events, highlighting the benefits and features of the products

  • To engage with dealer networks, providing support and guidance of product operational usage and maintenance to maximise sale opportunities

  • To maintain a deep knowledge of the product range including specifications, functions and operational procedures

  • To ensure all demonstration machinery is well maintained and ready for use

  • To deliver exceptional customer service, collating any customer feedback and communicate back to the team

 

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of our team

  • Good IT skills

 

As an ambassador for our company, your advice and guidance within this sector will be sought, giving you the chance to make a difference. You will work from our Cheshire-based offices, with regular nationwide travel visiting customers, demonstrating machines and exhibiting to achieve successful customer relationships and sales growth.
