Experience with organic vegetables is not essential, as all further training will be given although it's good to be self-motivated and really want to get stuck in. The seasonal position can be a great learning opportunity in organic food production. Accommodation is on site and the farm is in scenic countryside in the Cranbourne Chase AONB.
