We are looking for a multiskilled person who can manage people, manage customers and drive machinery and generally muck in when required. The Year starts with asparagus season where you would be part of the management team organising and picking/packing the asparagus. From June to August you would be leading teams of strawberry pickers, ensuring quality and output. There may be some arable work after the strawberry season and then from mid September to mid November the focus would be pumpkins. This is a very varied role that requires people skills as well as farming skills. It is never boring.
