Job Description: General Chicken Stockperson

Hours: 50 per week

We are a family-run farming business that has prospered in Staffordshire for the last 80 years. Our relentless drive for passion, respect and excellence has allowed us, and the generations before us, to grow and flourish into the business we are today.

Our free range chicken farm supplies high quality table ready chickens to butchers and farm shops around the UK.

We are looking for a general chicken stockperson to assist in the production of free range table birds, from Brooding to Catching.

The candidate:

• Good tractor and telehandler skills preferred but additional training can be given


• Experience of working with chickens is preferred, but further training will be given in this area


• A positive, enthusiastic and hard-working attitude is essential


• A full UK Driving Licence is required

This role is permanent role and is available immediately.
