Full time farm worker required to work on a farm running 2700 ewes and 400 Angus dairy beef growing cattle per year along with a calf rearing unit rearing batches of 140 on automated milk machine in Mid Wales with a mix of extensive hill grazing and lowland.

You will be working as part of a small team and also be expected to be able to work on your own and have your own daily duties.

Daily jobs will include:

• Livestock feeding and general husbandry work


• Electric fencing


• Grass measuring


• Basic tractor work

The ideal candidate:

• A good knowledge of sheep and cattle


• A good work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential


• An interest in grassland management and rotational grazing systems would be an advantage
