Residing on our Estate is a Georgian family home now lovingly restored to a five-star hotel and surrounded by our 438 acres of secluded Hampshire countryside.

Within our Estates is the original Home Farm, a 340-acre certified Organic Farm is mixed arable and livestock, which supplies Suffolk sheep, saddleback pigs and supplies eggs to our businesses. We have a herd of Guernsey cows, and a purpose built dairy to produce our own milk, and there is also a five-acre biodynamic Market Garden that supplies the hotels restaurants and our London businesses with beautiful and truly seasonal produce.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Farm team, to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Farm.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in mixed livestock farming and will be passionate about animals and their welfare. They will also be willing to learn and uphold our organic approach and will be able to maintain strong hygiene and health & safety practices.

We are looking for an experienced mixed livestock farm worker, not necessarily from an organic background, but a willingness to adapt and learn is essential and having tickets and a good mechanical knowledge will be an advantage. Above all, a successful candidate will need to demonstrate a real energy, passion and enthusiasm for farming; your positive can-do attitude will put you at the forefront of our recruitment process.

General duties will include:

• An understanding of a variety of livestock and their different welfare requirements
