The Farm: A family 4000 acre farm on the border of East Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk. We grow a mixture of cereals, oilseed rape, sugar beet and also specialise in growing high quality potatoes and onions.

The Role: Primarily we are looking for someone to join our small team of experienced farm workers. This is a General Farm Worker position - it is a hands on and a varied role which requires a candidate that is hard working and capable of performing a number of duties who has excellent attention to detail.

The Candidate: Will need experience in a similar role. Capable to work individually and within a team. Must take pride in the quality of work and be self-disciplined. Will have great communication skills. Able to work under pressure. Need to be able to maintain their own equipment. A flexible approach to working hours required.

The Role: We are looking a full-time skilled individual to join our team from now until December 2022 with the view of becoming a permanent member of staff

Duties include (but not limited to):

Forklift operation - telehandler and counterbalance

drain jetting

irrigation - hose-reel and centre-pivot

tractor and trailer duties

machinery maintenance and servicing

any other general farm work/ maintenance

This is a hands on and varied role which requires a candidate that is hard working and capable of performing a number of duties who has excellent attention to detail.
