Development of expertise and know-how and ensuring that an excellent work environment is maintained.
Promote the Station as a Centre of Excellence within UPL,

Ensure that all activities at the site are compliant with corporate
rules and that a safe working environment is maintained and all
necessary EHS rules are established and followed.
Ensure safe and compliant use and storage of all chemical products by maintaining a zero tolerance for any contaminations at and around the site.
Good organisation and computer skills (Excel, Word).
Working to support field and glasshouse studies on range of crops including Cereals, Potatoes, Oilseed Rape and Vegetables.
Staying up to date with and working within relevant field methodologies, country guidelines and Good Agricultural Practice.
Staying up to date with developments in agricultural best practices.
