Position available for an experienced machine operator with workshop skills. Role will include tractor driving in all aspects of arable work and involvement in on farm AD plant. Applicant will need to be competent and interested in the service and maintenance of modern machinery and workshop fabrications. For the right person this position is a long term opportunity in a diverse enterprise.

•All aspects of forage crop production and clamping (20,000t) done in house.

•2500 acres of arable crop production with high hp artic tractors.

•Farm owned 1 Mw AD plant encompassing all aspects of operation and maintenance.

•Digestate spreading with Bunning spreaders and Vogelsang umbilical system.

•On farm drainage with laser guided Mastenbroek trencher.

•Ongoing farm infra-structure construction including fabrication and concrete laying.

•In-house machine servicing and maintenance of large fleet of modern plant and machinery 16-450hp.

•Workshop fabrication and metalwork.

•Storage drying (on floor) and handling of all crops (4000t+).

•PA1 PA2 beneficial but not essential.

Located at the four counties border of Warwickshire/Leicestershire/Staffordshire & Derbyshire.
