We are looking for a skilled, committed, Arable Operator to work with a large and progressive arable farm business, farming primarily in Essex.

We operate an extensive, modern fleet of machinery. GPS and variable rate application of seed and fertilisers are used.

Attributes sought include enthusiasm; experience of modern farm machinery; close attention to detail; and self-motivation.

Reporting to the farm manager in a team of permanent employees.

Main responsibilities will include drilling, spraying and combining; the successful applicant should have PA1, PA2, telehandler and also have experience in:

Operation of Claas Combines

Operation of self-propelled sprayer (Horsch P8.300)

Primary Cultivation work

Drilling with a Vaderstad Rapid and a Horsch Sprinter
