An opportunity has arisen to become an important member of a small progressive team on a 1100 ha family estate in South Warwickshire.

The farm has been awarded a Royal Agricultural Society Award for practice and development in agriculture 2020.

Main duties will include operating a New Holland 9.90 combine also sharing crop spraying and liquid fertiliser application hedgecutting, etc. along with all other work associated with a large arable farm.

Previous experience would be an advantage as well as good workshop skills.

Use of new technology is an important part of this position as is a positive attitude, reception of new ideas, genuine enthusiasm, attention to detail along with the ability to achieve high standards as well as enjoying the job.

Suitable agricultural qualifications an advantage.
