We are looking an autumn workers for our arable farm.

5500 acre family owned business needs skilled tractor drivers for harvest 2024.

This is a very busy, forward thinking farm that will offer the ideal experience for the correct candidate.

Fendt's & Bailey trailers are the main carting tractors.

The position will involve all aspects of work, with an emphasis on learning and gaining important life skills that will be important tools in your career.

The role involves:

• Assist and support with the day-to-day duties on the farm


• Learning how a large estate functions on the ground


• Beet carting


• Fertiliser application


• Hedge cutting


• Cultivations


• Estate maintenance


• Grain store monitoring


• Harvesting of AD crops


• Environmental projects


• Other farm projects and developments

• Keen to learn new skills/methods


• Good time keeping


• Well organised


• Self-motivated

Some agricultural experience required.

We would try to provide a varied role with training courses such as forklift and PA2, if the successful candidate showed a genuine enthusiasm and desire to learn and utilise such skills.
