Assistant Herdsperson - Shrewsbury

We have a new vacancy for an Assistant herdsperson on a family farm south of Shrewsbury. The 230 pedigree herd averages 10,200 litres on 2x/day milking through a modern 25/50 parlour and housed all year. With recent investment in buildings and new machinery, this is an excellent, well managed unit.

The varied role would include milking and other general stockwork along with tractor driving at busy times. Attention to detail and previous experience is vitally important along with a love of dairy cattle.
