Currently managing a full time team of 8 plus multiple casual workers in peak times e.g. harvest and retailing Christmas trees. Both high input/high output and regenerative methods. I have created and managed a Higher Tier Countryside Stewardship agreement on an estate in Dorset to work alongside the gamekeepers to help with a successful wild Grey Partridge restoration project.
