See my CV for details. Extensive arable experience on heavy and light land starting with harvest jobs at college to the family farm (now sold) in 8 counties and 2 countries. Currently managing a full time team of 8 plus multiple casual workers in peak times e.g. harvest and retailing Christmas trees. Both high input/high output and regenerative methods. I have created and managed a Higher Tier Countryside Stewardship agreement on an estate in Dorset to work alongside the gamekeepers to help with a successful wild Grey Partridge restoration project.

Anywhere from Yorkshire to Wiltshire. The people and job are more important than location. My wife works from home so as long as she can travel occasionally and we have good broadband, the rest is fine!
