Key achievements/projects
Moving between departments to cover for positions above my current role has allowed me to stretch my comfort zone and develop leadership and management skills further. I have twice had to learn new roles in very time pressurised circumstances, which gave me the opportunity to prove myself by delivering a service to a high standard against the odds.
Taking charge of a fleet of over a dozen vehicles, I was able to push through servicing and maintenance taskings ahead of schedule to facilitate important training that was at risk of failure if the fleet was not rapidly returned to full capacity. I was presented with an award by my Commanding Officer for this achievement and promoted soon after.
