Farm Shop- (August 2017- Present)

The ethos of the Farm Shop is to provide excellent quality food, primarily with beef from their own farm, lamb and pork from local farmers and other items from both a broad base of local suppliers and producers. More recently a convenience element has been added from Budgens to offer a greater range of essential every day products to a wider range of consumers.

Duties include:

•Sole responsibility for the Call & Collect service from April 2020 to Sept 2020, including the management and training of a cover team.

•Provide outstanding customer service, both behind the butchery counter and till area.

•General shop duties including stock rotation, date checking, temperature checking & cleaning.

•Liaison and communication with section managers to determine jobs and priorities for the shift ahead.

•Working with other team members to ensure targets and jobs for the shift are completed.

•Working with the butchery team with added value product preparation. Including ensuring the correct labelling, batch coding and dates are applied to products.

Reclaim - Landfill site at home

Duties include:

•Operating the weighbridge

•Communicating with lorry drivers and their offices.

•Liaising with site manager regarding incoming loads.
