• Combine driving and grain cart

• All tillage works

• Forklift

• Hedge cutting

• Spraying

• Lavender production distillation, planting, harvesting and machinery maintenance.

• Workshop routine maintenance of all farm machinery, fabrication and general workshop repairs

Since 2014 I have been driving a Case Puma fitted with a PLM/AFS satellite system, using RTX. I am currently assisting CNH as a tester for updated and new software. I have a keen interest in new agricultural technology.

• Tractor Driving (including 13 -16-year olds)

• Forklift categories 1, 2 and 3

• ATV

• Lawn Mowers (ground care)

• Abrasive Wheels

I consider myself as having a good rapport with all kinds of people. I have had to instruct a varied cross section of students, from 13-16-year olds, farm workers, novice and experienced operators and company directors.

At the end of each course each student is requested to complete a course appraisal, I received extremely positive feedback on each occasion.

Prior to 1999

Shoreham

This was our family farm, after completing my National Certificate in Agriculture at Hadlow College in 1980, I joined my father in the family business and worked alongside him for over 20 years.

We had a mixed farm with beef cattle, sheep and arable.
