All manner of maintenance have been carried out, amongst many more were; fencing installation and wall repair, mid-level plumbing, plastering, pipe work/digging, roof work, extensive building repairs/improvements, joinery, interior/exterior electrical acumen, painting internally and externally, vehicle operation and repair (Argo, Kubota, tractor, quad bikes, Landy 110, Landcruiser, Merc exec ect), subcontractor communications to resolve minor projects, purchasing materials and resources, boat prep (speed boat, sailing, fishing row boats), gardening including pruning, strimming, chainsaw (competent but not certified), mowing (sit on and push), hedge and tree maintenance, scaffold erection, and all the nano tasks associated with estate maintenance.

As mentioned, these are all but a few experiences and skills which I have had, outside of professional work I have undertaken personal projects including; fitting my own kitchen, installing an entire roof to a building in rural Spain, building an equipment building on University Campus and maintaining and cultivating a field archery course on a private estate, all of which were done with enthusiasm due to the enjoyment of doing so.

Other livestock experience

•Sheep; experience with both chilled Cheviot and angry Black Face, assisting with herding, handling for sheering, adopting abandoned lambs where I kept them feral in barn before release back to flock when strong enough.

•Cattle; Highland and Luing, separating and herding for vet examinations, repenning for marking, feeding ect.

•Horses; ridden and comfortably confident interacting.

•Goats; general care around the yard.

•Working dogs; just love them. Spent my entire life with them, Father used to train working GSP.

•Game; Gillie and stalked primarily at Blackmount for Red deer, Pheasant, Partridge and Ptarmigan.

oAll completed on foot and with use of quads, Argo (able to drive the tricky beast) and with Landy off-road.
